My work is grounded in client-centered therapy, which creates a safe space through deep listening, acceptance, and understanding. From this foundation, I include practices such as IFS-informed parts work - a process that helps you understand and care for the parts of you that feel conflicted or in pain, and body-based practices such as progressive relaxation, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.
