My interest in psychology began with my own healing. I grew up in a home touched by unhealed trauma, and entered adulthood struggling with depression and anxiety, often feeling lost and disconnected from my feelings. Eventually, I realized I needed support.

Therapy helped me to heal the disconnection I had lived with for so long. I learned to trust my feelings, care for myself with greater kindness, and create healthier relationships.

The approaches that supported me are now at the heart of my work. I’m passionate about helping others soften self-criticism, work through emotional pain, and feel more at ease within themselves.

Through therapy, I began to heal the disconnection I had lived with for so long. I learned to trust my feelings, care for myself with greater kindness, and build a life that feels more satisfying, meaningful, and enjoyable.
The approaches that supported my own healing are now at the heart of my work. My goal is to create a supportive environment where people can slow down, deepen their self-understanding, and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Somatic and body-based practices such as mindfulness, body awareness, grounding, and breathwork.

Therapy with me feels calm, warm, and reflective. There’s no rush, no performance, and no need to be anything other than who you are. I bring a gentle curiosity to our work — the kind that notices, listens, and stays with you. While our conversations guide the work, I draw from approaches that help you understand what you're experiencing, and move forward with a growing sense of confidence and inner peace.
