My interest in psychology began with my own healing. I grew up in a home touched by unhealed trauma, and entered adulthood struggling with depression and anxiety, often feeling lost and disconnected from my feelings. Eventually, I realized I needed support.
Working with a therapist who was kind and skilled, I experienced healing and growth. I learned to be kinder to myself and build healthier relationships. I’m grateful for the meaningful, fulfilling life I have today.
The approaches that supported me are now at the heart of my work. I’m passionate about helping others soften self-criticism, work through emotional pain, and feel more at ease within themselves.

IFS-informed parts work — connecting with the parts of ourselves that long for understanding, acceptance and kindness.

Somatic and body-based practices such as mindfulness, body awareness, grounding, and breathwork.
Therapy with me feels calm, warm, and reflective. There’s no rush, no performance, and no need to be anything other than who you are.
I bring a gentle curiosity to our work — the kind that notices, listens, and stays with you. While our conversations guide the work, I draw from approaches that help you understand your inner experience:
