My interest in psychology began with my own healing. I grew up in a home touched by unhealed trauma, and entered adulthood struggling with depression and anxiety, often feeling lost and disconnected from my feelings. Eventually, I realized I needed support.
Working with a therapist who was kind and skilled, I experienced healing and growth. I learned to be kinder to myself and build healthier relationships. I’m grateful for the meaningful, fulfilling life I have today.
The approaches that supported me are now at the heart of my work. I’m passionate about helping others soften self-criticism, work through emotional pain, and feel more at ease within themselves.
My Personal Healing Journey

Support that meets you where you are
Therapy to help you slow things down, understand what's happening inside, and find a steadier way forward.

Mindfulness & Body Awareness
We bring attention to your lived experience — your emotions, sensations, and nervous system — helping you reconnect with your body and access clarity that doesn’t come from thinking alone.
PARTS WORK THERAPY
(IFS-INFORMED)
We gently explore the different parts of you — the ones that feel anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, shut down, or exhausted. As these parts begin to feel seen and understood, inner conflict often softens and a steadier sense of self can emerge.
Grounding &
Regulation Tools
You’ll learn practical, supportive tools to help you feel more calm, centered, and steady in daily life — especially during moments of stress, emotional intensity, or overwhelm.
Therapy with me is calm, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand what you're experiencing and why.
What Therapy With Me Feels Like

You don’t need to fit neatly into a category to belong here. You may be dealing with one or more of the following:
Areas I Commonly Support
SELF-ESTEEM & THE INNER CRITIC
If your inner voice is harsh, judgmental, or never satisfied, we work to soften that inner critic and cultivate a more supportive relationship with yourself — one rooted in self-respect and compassion.
DEPRESSION & EMOTIONAL PAIN
If life feels heavy, empty, or exhausting, our work offers a space where you don’t have to fix yourself to be worthy of care. Together, we gently support the parts of you that feel weary, discouraged, or disconnected from meaning and vitality.
Anxiety & Overthinking
When your mind feels constantly busy, worried, or on edge, therapy can help you slow things down, understand what’s driving the anxiety, and develop a greater sense of calm and inner steadiness.
Life Transitions & Uncertainty
Career changes, relocations, grief, caregiving, and relational shifts can stir up confusion and overwhelm. Therapy can help you sort through what’s changing, clarify what matters to you, and move forward with more ease, understanding, and confidence.
Stress, Burnout & Nervous System Fatigue
If you feel chronically exhausted, stretched too thin, or emotionally depleted, we explore what’s draining your energy — including ADHD, patterns like over-giving, people-pleasing, and perfectionism — while also supporting you in developing a kinder relationship with yourself.
Emotional Eating
Healing emotional eating isn't about willpower or self-control. It begins with understanding the feelings and struggles that drive it. Therapy can help us learn to care for the tender parts of ourselves that are seeking care and comfort, and to develop a more balanced relationship with food.
