Frequently Asked Questions

Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule your first session.
Your first session is simply a conversation. We talk about what brings you in, what you’ve been feeling, and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story or go anywhere you’re not ready to go. It’s a gentle beginning — a chance for you to get a sense of me, and for me to understand what you need.
My style is warm, steady, and deeply attentive. I don’t push, judge, or analyze from a distance. I listen closely, follow your pace, and help you understand your inner experience with kindness. Our work is a collaboration — guided by your needs, your feelings, and what feels safe.
You can talk about anything that feels real for you: stress, anxiety, sadness, grief, self-doubt, transitions, relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. There’s no wrong place to start.
There’s no set timeline. Some people come for a short period during a difficult moment; others choose longer-term work to explore deeper patterns, healing, and growth. We find the rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
You don’t need any experience. You don’t need the right words. We simply begin with where you are.
Sometimes the present tells us everything we need to know. If and when the past becomes important, we approach it gently.

Most people begin with weekly sessions because it helps create continuity and stability. As you begin to feel steadier, we can adjust to the pace that supports you best
You don’t have to decide right away. A consultation or a first session can help you get a sense of my presence and approach. The most important thing is that you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. If we’re a good fit, you’ll feel that. If not, I’ll gladly help you find someone who is.
